Reservation of Leads

Reservation allows salespeople to lock a specific lead for a set period, e.g., 48 hours. During this time:
• The lead disappears from the Exchange and moves to the rep’s My Leads tab.
• The system monitors activity — if no action is taken, the lead automatically returns to the Exchange.

This motivates sales reps to react quickly and manage their leads efficiently.

When a salesperson decides to claim a lead from the Exchange, the contact is moved directly into the appropriate sales pipeline in Bitrix24. From that moment, the lead is processed according to the defined sales workflow.
